Slow Down at Stu’s
Gentle Yoga & Sound by Candlelight
Join us on the 3rd floor gallery for an evening of soft movement and connection to the breath that closes in a sound bath guided by Dani Nolff. Dani will lead us in a 45 minute restoritive yoga flow ending in shavsana where participants are showered in sound - all by candlelight and immersed in local art.
Held on the first Monday of every month.
Doors: 6:30pm
Class Time: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
